I had the privilege of having Andrew Vojslavek on my show recently. A climbing enthusiast who was bitten by the iron bug, he decided that the only prescription was more kettlebell.
I've been fortunate enough to have trained him both online and in person, and am glad to have played a part in the brave new role he now finds himself in: that of a newly minted SFG.
