Therefore I am going to cover following in this episode of the Self Development With Tactics / SDWT podcast: sleep cycles, nrem, rem, a lot of scientific data and statements for the things before, how to learn while sleeping, sleeping in other animal species, how many hours of sleep other animals need, the difference between their sleep and ours and why dolphins only sleep half brained ;) and how sleep evolved over the past "few" years.
