Pip Paxman took up triathlon as a way to get her sporting fix after leaving university and missing netball and hockey. Despite feeling like an imposter, she quickly found that she had natural talent at swim, bike and run, and qualified to represent GB in her first olympic distance triathlon. Despite the challenges of the pandemic meaning her events were put back 18 months, she completed her first 70.3 at Portugal at the end of 2021 and qualified for the 70.3 World Championships in Utah.
