Fit Father Roberto - Information, Community, Consistency are Keys to Success

Episode 208 of the Fit Father Project Podcast is about using available information and the power of community to fuel success. 

In this episode, Roberto, a 40 year old man from Italy shares his transformation journey and how he lost 20 kilos (about 45 pounds) with Fit Father Project.

Roberto shares with Dr. Anthony Balduzzi about the impact his transformation journey has had on his life and his family.

He tells us what motivated him to make a change, discusses the results he has achieved, and talks about the non-scale victories he has experienced which helped him to continue on.

Roberto also admits to some challenges he faced and how he overcame them, as well as the importance of nutrition and adapting to his Italian culture.
