The pandemic has taken an enormous toll on the mental health of people around the world, with surveys showing increased symptoms of anxiety and depression since it began. Experts say the mental health consequences of the pandemic are likely to linger for years.

Joining us on this episode is Stanford University Professor Dr. Leah Weiss, who is the co-founder of both the Stanford Compassion Cultivation Program and Skylyte, a venture-backed startup designed to address workplace mental health challenges.
