4sight Health profiled Dan Trigub, co-founder and CEO of MedArrive, in February 2023. At the time, the New York-based company deployed a network of EMTs and paramedics, dubbed “field providers,” to provide basic healthcare services to people at home.
"As everyone knows, healthcare is incredibly complex — and stubborn. While we proved our model worked and delivered thousands of positive outcomes, the economics of scaling in-home care remained extremely challenging. That forced us to evolve," Trigub said.
