On today's episode of the Demystifying Mental Toughness Podcast, I was delighted to be joined by Dr. Bob Winters, an internationally recognised sport psychologist who has supported US Men's and Women's Open Golf Champions and many other elite professional and amateur athletes across a variety of sports.
In the episode we discuss sport psychology in golf and the field as a whole. We also chat about grit and many elements of mental toughness and how they apply to our work in supporting golfers to get the most out of their skills and abilities.
