My special guest is Dr. Anshul Gupta, a best-selling author, speaker, researcher, and an expert in Hashimoto’s disease. He educates people worldwide on reversing Hashimoto’s disease.

In this episode, Dr. Gupta addresses the research that shows that in a lot of Hashimoto's cases the patient's mitochondria is not functioning properly. There is a connection between the thyroid and this mitochondria and with Hashi, this connection is disrupted. Dr. Gupta emphasizes that we must work on not only fixing the thyroid, but fixing the mitochondria and this connection at the same time.
