Did you know that on an average, we watch 4 hours of television per day? Having said that, we also spend about 3.5 hours on our phones. These were the statistics before the pandemic lockdowns. These numbers have surely gone up since the lockdowns.
On this episode, Ashdin talks about how a lot of us like having two screens on at the same time - we have the TV on as an escape, and then have our phone on to escape from that first escape.
