Cam Calkoen was born with cerebral palsy. 20 years ago the only thing that made him happy was watching the TV show "Havoc and Newsboy." Cams mum wrote a letter to Newsboy (Jeremy Wells) and he replied. Cam STILL has that letter pinned to his wall.
