82. Healing Generational Trauma & The Mother Wound with My Daughter Alyssa Deranja

In this episode, myself and my youngest daughter get extremely vulnerable as we share our story and the journey of our relationship together. We open up about what we went through with the separation of our family, toxic relationships, resentment, having a long-distance relationship, and how this forced us to grow and change separately and together and ultimately heal. This is highly emotional, vulnerable and definitely comes with a trigger warning as we open up like never before to share our story in the hopes that it can help someone else out there.
