In this activity, experts in breast cancer discuss the latest advances in the management of patients with estrogen receptor–positive (ER+)/human epidermal growth factor receptor 2–negative (HER2-) breast cancer, including the rapidly accumulating evidence supporting the use of novel therapies such as selective estrogen receptor degraders (SERDs), selective estrogen receptor modulators (SERMs), selective estrogen receptor covalent antagonists (SERCAs), complete estrogen receptor antagonists (CERANs), and proteolysis-targeting chimeras (PROTACs), among others.
