On the show this week we are joined Martin Stark, CEO World Gay Boxing Championships, chatting with us about breaking down stereotypes in boxing, tackling homophobia and transphobia, and finding the courage to be your authentic self. Martin has released his first book titled Courage: Your Right Hook: Learn the Six pillars of Courage and Make Courage a Habit. This book is more than a memoir or self-help book; it’s a catalyst for personal transformation which will challenge you to embrace vulnerability, stand firm in your values, and practice courage daily! Dravyn Lee-Tauroa is a gun athlete, a talented netballer with The Kelpies, Australia’s male netball team, a fantastic dancer/choreographer and a good sport! He shares why the team went viral and why he is not saying bye bye bye to his love of the sport any time soon! (Starts 18mins 44secs)

Mick Garnett, CEO Wheelchair Sports NSW/ACT shares the details of the exciting Rolling Rainbow Sports Day event on this Sunday November 24 which has rolled around for the third year! There are nine wheelchair sports available: AFL, Basketball, Rugby, Tennis, Track and Road, Frame Running, Seated Rows, Adaptive Lawn Bowls, para-Powerlifting and everyone is encouraged to get involved in the many events on the sporting calendar!
