Do you find yourself eating in secret due to fear of judgment?
Do you sneak away to consume foods you believe you're not "supposed to" eat?
Concealing our actions often indicates a deeper emotional issue. God sees all and is always with us. Yet, sometimes, the shame pushes us further from Him rather than drawing us nearer.
I want to offer encouragement today. His grace is enough, and there is liberation in bringing these actions to light. He wishes for you to discover true freedom and put an end to this behavior.
