The Swiss supreme court has ordered track’s governing body to suspend its testosterone regulations on Caster Semenya. The International Association of Athletics Federations ruled that Semenya’s natural testosterone levels give her an unfair advantage over other female athletes and if she is to compete fairly, she must take medication to reduce those levels, or be excluded from international competition.
