South Carolina is a better program than Clemson now

The final 2025 Recruiting rankings have been released and from 247Sports. South Carolina finished with their 3rd straight top 20 class. However, even more important is that they finished almost 10 spots ahead of Clemson and with double the blue chip recruits. Is this a sign that South Carolina has passed Clemson as a program? Chris Marler explains why he thinks it just might be.
