Ben Pugh is a certified life coach who specializes in helping parents build meaningful relationships with their teens, WITHOUT having to change the teens! Ben has spent his life working with teenagers and their parents. He was a foster parent for 10 years and spent 10 years in education, including five years as a high school principal. He is also the host of the popular podcast, IMPACT: Parenting with Perspective.
