James Bellringer is one of seven gender surgeons in the UK; he's one of the world's experts in this field. Karan talks to James about how he started out, training as a urologist, and how he moved onto specialising in vaginoplastys (the surgery performed to create a vagina), along with other feminising surgery. They discuss the risks involved, alongside the construction of the vagina and procedure.
