John Strelecky has authored many best-selling inspirational books, including The Cafe on the Edge of the World, Return to the Why Cafe, The Big Five for Life, and The Big Five for Life – Continued.

These books have sold over 7 million copies worldwide and have been translated into forty-three languages.

Before becoming an author, John had high stress, long hours, but well-paying management consultant job. He quit this job at 33 years, sold almost everything he owned, and went off on a one-year backpacking trip with his wife to follow his dream of traveling the world.

John started writing soon after he got back from his trip and wrote his first book in 21 days. He self-published the book, but after it sold over 10,000 copies in 24 countries in less than a year, a literary agent signed him.

John is also the creator of the Big Five for Life concept, a program that has helped thousands of his readers find purpose in their lives.
