Maybe Ole Gunnar Solskjaer IS the Messiah after all His winger-cum-striker filled Man United team have found some consistency and a convincing win over Man City could just… help Liverpool win the title a bit sooner. Ah, well.
Chelsea also had a lovely time as they thrashed Everton, with Roy Keane unnervingly effusive, while Newcastle continued their incredible season with a win over 10-man Southampton.
We also had time to discuss the mystery of the missing points, hear the first and hopefully last entry into the Football Ramble Daily slash fiction canon and enjoy a guest appearance from Mitch Hedberg.
