Tini Howard and Sweeney Boo discuss bringing ‘Harley Quinn’ into the Dawn of DC

1. To start, what got you into Harley Quinn as a character?
2. Tini, coming off a Punchline miniseries, do you feel like you rule the roost of clown-themed characters in DC Comics?
3. Two-Face is our main antagonist in the first issue, what made him the right villain to start with?
