I was inspired to get into real estate investing from my grandpa who bought a couple properties in the SF Bay area when they were dirt cheap.
He was able to retire early and help fund part of my and my brother’s college tuition. When I graduated as a Pharmacist in 2016, I wanted to buy as much real estate as possible. I ended up buying one a year until I had 6 properties and became a millionaire with 6 figures in cash flow. I expanded to out of state investing and typically make $2,500/month in cash flow on a property I bought for $210,000. Now I teach others my room hacking system which typically doubles or triples your rental income on a property..
