Can Cousins make the leap, the Eagles flirt with Clowney and final thoughts on Andrew Luck

48 hours after Andrew Luck sent shockwaves through the league with his stunning retirement announcement, Terez Paylor & Charles Robinson have some parting thoughts on Luck after their emergency podcast last weekend.

Before they can get to the big stories of the week, they of course recap Tuesday night's episode of Hard Knocks (0:45).

Next, they talk about the continued theatrics with Houston Texans pass rusher Jadeveon Clowney, who fired his agent and is reportedly of trade interest to the Philadelphia Eagles and the Miami Dolphins (18:25). 

Later, Terez discusses his trip to Minnesota Vikings training camp and the guys discuss whether QB Kirk Cousins can deliver on his massive 3-year contract and take the Vikings to the promised land in January (33:00).

Finally, Charles & Terez revisit the Andrew Luck news a few days after the dust has settled. Charles shares an interesting anecdote about Peyton Manning's relationship with Luck and the guys share an interview they recorded with Colts TE Eric Ebron only a month ago (45:50). While nobody knew Luck was only weeks away from hanging up his cleats, Ebron's comments on his quarterback's commitment is an enlightening look into what the Colts will be missing going forward.
