He was about 206 lbs, had acid reflux and trouble sleeping, as well as bad allergies. He does a lot of international travel, and listened to Adam Carolla & this podcast on planes and the like. At first, Bob dropped about 20 lbs without trying too terribly hard to be perfect. In March 2018, he hit a plateau. This was when he did a consult. Bob will post many of his NSNG® recipes on Facebook. He finds the Facebook Group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/434957346580399/) quite helpful. He's into Zone 2 running. When he didn't stay in Zone 2, it was too difficult on him and his joints. Now, he can run more and regularly. When he went to Italy, he indulged and stayed in dietary ketosis. He ordered meatballs for dessert, for example. He had wine, but didn't go crazy! He also feels that working with your hands is important. Bob's a big car guy –– if you can't fix it, you shouldn't drive it. He taught his son all of these things. NSNG® WITH FAMILY For Bob, he feels he found so much success because his family was on board. He and his wife were raised in Chicago, so they love food. It was an adjustment, but doing it together was easier. Additionally, as Italians, they had to change the way they prepared food. They also cut the wine and dropped a lot of food fast. Unfortunately, there's a lot of sugar in iwne. Quickly, Bob was down to around 179 lbs! They all find it easier this way.
