Miles Sullivan on surviving a brain tumor with keto!

In this episode, I speak with brain tumor survivor Miles Sullivan! I met Miles at the Metabolic Health Summit where he gave me a glimpse into his past and I immediately knew I had to have him on the podcast. He was diagnosed with drug-resistant epilepsy and has a brain tumor which led to him enduring two brain surgeries. We dove into the adversity this brought into his life and how he handled it. We talked about his metabolic and mitochondrial dysfunction that may have led to his condition. We discussed the power of the Keto community and how it, along with a positive mindset and never-ending gratitude has totally turned his life around!
