In this episode, I speak with my good friend and current client, Alan Reeves. Alan just competed in his first bodybuilding competition and is currently training for a pro-show. We dive into his introduction to fitness with the UK based Dream Boys. We discuss how dieting and nutrition have changed over the years. We talk about different contest prep manipulations we incorporated to get Alan dialed in and absolutely shredded for his first show.
