When we're living with blocks, it's often because we're experiencing a shame story. When we're experiencing shame, we limit our ability to be seen. We lessen our value; we don't share our gifts; we don't allow others the opportunity to appreciate and support us.

Releasing shame gives us an opportunity to open our hearts, to experience oneness and flow, and receive. Our shame often creates "rackets". Rackets are emotional attachments that are unwanted and persistent. In this episode, you'll learn more about what rackets are, how they're likely covertly running your life, and how to begin to release them.

We also discuss what Manifestation is NOT —

Manifestation is not saying positive affirmations over and over again.

That might feel good and can make small imprints in your mind, but making substantial changes to the subconscious mind requires re-wiring.

It's like renovating the house from the ground up — you've got to pull up the subfloor, knock down walls, and choose a whole new design scheme.
