Radhi is an ex-professional football with over 100 caps for Tunisia alongside being part of the only ever Tunisia side to win the African cup of nations alongside becoming the first and only Tunisian born native to play in the Premier League. Radhi has since transitioned into coaching roles with Southampton U23's post retirement along with stints in the US, Tunisia and Belgium.

Radhi joins Coach Yas to share insights on his journey into coaching, the importance of having goals and what it means and looks like to be patient. We also discuss the transition of coaching generations and the importance of knowing where you want to specialise as well as challenges and considerations which impacted his career, plus more!
