How to Stop Living in the Past

Why am I telling you to complete your past? What does it even mean to complete your past?

This episode is all about learning and moving on from your past so that you can create a better future. 

If you’re human, you’ve faced some setbacks and made some mistakes in your life. The good news is that that’s completely normal! The bad news is that if you get hung up on those mistakes and stuck in the past, you’ll never move forward. 

Here’s something I’ve learned: you experience what you expect. That means that if you’re living in the past, you’ll experience the past, and it will never end. To move forward, you have to complete your past. 

In this episode, I’m explaining what I mean when I say “complete your past” and sharing some key questions that you can ask yourself to help you do it. I’m sharing my own answers to these questions with you so that you can hear some examples and better understand what this process might look like for you.
