117: Making Aligned Decisions: An Introduction to the Human Design Authorities

Listen to your gut. Sleep on it. Trust your intuition. Talk to a friend. We've all heard these and more ways to go about making decisions, both big and small. But what if each of us has a specific approach that we are meant to take when it comes to decision making?

In today's episode, I'm sharing a high-level overview of the seven authorities in human design, which inform how we make decisions. Everyone has a different authority, which means that listening to your gut works great for one person (or authority), and sleeping on it works great for another.

Learning about your authority and making use of it in your own life is important to being fully aligned in your decisions.
