The Panel is followed by a Q&A with the audience moderated by Kathryn Friedman, North American Arctic Policy Advisor, Ted Stevens Center for Arctic Security Studies, United States. 

This event originally took place at the 2023 Arctic Circle Abu Dhabi Forum.
