This episode of Self Development With Tactics / SDWT podcast is featuring the allencheng.com website and and it's ‘ tools of Titans ’ by Tim Ferriss summary. the first thing we're going to start with his empathy and there are a lot of Concepts that have to do with empathy but I also talked about it in another way as well. the second topic we are going through is telling your past self to relax so I think that we all are way too impatient and telling yourself to relax have something to do with it but more in the episode. the last one which was actually a little bit too short for me would have been nice to hear a little bit more on that was “how to raise your kids ”. still there were just great thoughts in there.
