Meet MiaRose Hess, a Cedarville University student and CUE Camp alumni who turned her passion for baking into The Bagel Girl, a booming bagel business. Set initially on equine management, she pivoted to entrepreneurship, gaining key business skills and support from Cedarville’s Entrepreneurship organization.
Her hard work paid off when she pitched her venture at The Pitch, the university’s Shark Tank-style competition. Now, she’s expanding with new flavors, catering, and shipping plans.
