Imagine a 70-year old yoga instructor and personal trainer. If you picture someone gently stretching during chair yoga or helping clients lift pink dumbbells you don’t have a good image of our guest today. Lin Goldkrantz is 70 and after picking herself up after hearing “diabetes” from her doctor she got a trainer, got empowered, fit and then became a trainer.
