At first it was a slow start, but once David realized the power of raising private capital, his portfolio expanded rapidly. Today, David holds close to $10M in real estate and flips a few houses a year to cover overhead expenses. David enjoys helping others get involved in the real estate business and is always looking for new partnerships in the commercial real estate space.
