#58 The Growing Problem of Antibiotic-Resistant Superbugs and Why They Are Here!

This week on Vitality Radio Podcast Jared rants about the growing problem of antibiotic-resistant superbugs. He defines what they are. He shares the three main causes. He begins to share how to prevent catching superbugs and how to stop helping with their creation but promised to go more in-depth next week.

Since it’s the start of a new school year, Jared shares a letter written by Kurt Vonnegut. In the letter, the author encourages children to practice art! Not for the purpose of money, but to try things. Art helps your soul grow. It encourages you to play. 

Finally, Jared introduces “The Next Five”, the five supplements he recommends you take after implementing “The Vital Five.” The Next Five are Vitamin C, Turmeric (but not just any turmeric), Nitric oxide boosters, and number five might be Selenium, Medicinal Mushrooms or Cbd. It’s still up for debate.
