Did you know that the smallest muscle in the body is called the 'stapedius'? This muscle is located in our inner ear and holds the smallest bone in our body in place.
That's the smallest muscle. Do you know the largest muscle in our body? It is the 'gluteus maximus'. Or our butt!
Our legs are amazing machines. The way they fold, the way they generate power. Compact and efficient. Yet, completely ignored.
