South Carolina gets another big time recruit from the transfer portal as former Tennessee EDGE rusher Caleb Herring commits to South Carolina. Herring is a former four star recruit and finished last season with four sacks for the Vols. He was set to visit Texas for an official visit after his trip to Columbia. Darren Uscher and the staff were able to keep that from happening and get him to commit while on campus Thursday.
