I talk about how Type wasn't actually part of the original download, and bring a new perspective to how to look at your design.

When Human Design becomes overwhelming, you don't know where to start or you find yourself off the path, just always remember to come back to Type, Strategy and Authority.

I go through each Type and speak to the superpowers, strategy and nuances of each. I also bust some common myths for each Type and give you a really simple, yet practical way to understand and integrate. I trust this episode will be helpful!
