The Federal Reserve is kicking off a two-day meeting today, which is expected to end in a 50 basis point hike. But word on the street is that the Fed might be even more aggressive, especially in light of Tuesday’s news that Australia has hiked its interest rate for the first time in over a decade. Stephen Halmarick of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Priya Mirsa of TD Securities discuss their predictions for the meeting’s outcome.
