A new study has linked plastic use with high blood pressure. Microplastics are tiny fragments of plastic less than 5 mm in size, they're in the water we drink , the air we breathe and the food we eat. One study followed 8 healthy individuals who agreed to limit their consumption of plastic bottled beverages and only drink tap water instead. Their blood pressure measurement were taken before and after and the results were eye opening.
