Is there a difference between leading a company to achieve personal success and leading for Kingdom purposes?  On this episode, podcast host, Ken Powell serves up content from Mike Blackaby as he provides a biblical perspective on leading our companies well.  Mike Blackaby is a church planter on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, and pastor of Canvas Church Oak Bay. He received his PhD from Southern Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky.  He and his brother have co-authored several books for teens/young adults. He enjoys playing the drums, working in his garden, and reading nerdy fantasy novels. Mike and his wife Sarah have 4 young children.
