This episode of the Self Development With Tactics / SDWT is the second one of the book summary "Sleep smarter" by Shawn Stevenson. I am talking about drinking alcohol is poison for sleeping, why being overweight also fuckes your sleep, why tech is also not healthy having in your bedroom besides the blue light fact (not sure about that one tho!), why sleeping is important for people who are working out, the reason, why having a sleeping mask isn't the full deal, why the pattern of sleeping should be wired to only one room soo this room should only be used for that (theoretically), why a lack of magnesium could kill your sleep and why it matters how cold or warm it is in your room and when you go to bed (not really about hours of sleep.) A lot of whys here haha - hope you have a great time listening to that.
