Should you breathe through your nose or mouth?

Fun fact : Did you know that our nose has erectile tissue? The same kind of tissue that exists in our genitals.

In our genitals, this tissue makes complete sense. But why do we have it in our noses? Studies say there is a direct connection between both. There are some case studies which saw nosebleed after using viagra. Did you also know, that breathing through our mouths is not healthy, yet we do it a lot, and that too subconsciously. Breathing, just like sleep, is one of the most important cures to many of our illnesses. It's natural, free and hence we give it no importance. Start by changing your breathing habit, and getting used to nose breathing.
