On today’s episode of Two-Brain Radio with Sean Woodland, Sean talks with CrossFit Games broadcaster and masters athlete Bill Grundler. Bill has competed in the masters division at the Games twice, taking second in the 45-49-year-old division in 2015. He also owns and operates CrossFit Inferno, with locations in San Luis Obispo and Nipomo, California.

Bill talks about how he found CrossFit nearly 20 years ago, his time as a competitor, and some of the struggles he’s encountered and lessons he’s learned running his gym for the last 10 years.
