Today we're joined by Anna Malaika Tubbs, 2x New York Times bestselling author, speaker, and PhD. We talk about the importance of sharing your ideas and what it means to build a better world while still making space for people who may be "late to the party" in believing what we believe. A big part of this conversation is about growth and grace. How do we hold strong values while also allowing people the room to learn, evolve, and arrive at new understanding in their own time? How do we invite people into change rather than shame them for not already being there?

Anna, who is "inspired to bring people together through the celebration of difference," is a leader in every sense of the word. She holds some of our most complicated truths with a level of grace, humanity, and kindness that is deeply inspiring.
