Breus gives a five-step plan. Wake up at the same time seven days a week, stop caffeine at 2 pm and stop alcohol three hours before bed. It is also essential to stop exercise four hours before bed and have a morning routine of taking fifteen deep breaths, drinking fifteen ounces of water, and getting fifteen minutes of sunshine.
