Tony Robbins says, "Change your expectations to appreciation".
I remember hearing this years ago and being reminded about it often. Many people get caught up in having expectations and when those expectations don't occur, they feel disappointed and upset. Instead, change your expectations to appreciation. Stop complaining and find a way to appreciate things more often.
