Ep. 319: Students and Entrepreneurs with Aditya Jhunjhunwala

This week, Ashdin is joined by Aditya Jhunjhunwala, Co-founder of 'The Enterprise India Fellowship' - a fellowship programme for college students. It's a year long part-time programme that helps students develop a business mindset, entrepreneurship skills, build confidence, go through self-discovery, and work on real-life projects. On this episode, Ashdin talks to Aditya about working with students and young people, what made Aditya start a fellowship programme like this, what the need was for it, things he has learnt from and about youngsters from them, the realisation that youngsters aren't really lazy, just not that passionate about they're doing at that moment, the importance of self-reflection and how that's the advice he gives students, as well as three habits that the youth today can inculcate, and lots more.
