There are times when our optimism results in a lack of awareness and that can actually undermine our best efforts to move forward!

 Positive thinking is an asset when it comes to generating positive emotion, increasing motivation, and improving our energy but when it comes to creating action plans, we may need a different approach. Today we'll talk about how realistic assessments of our circumstances can be more helpful in supporting us than expecting the best.
